The times are rough. It is the late 1740's and the East India Trading Company has nearly taken over the seas. Piracy had been nearly abolished, and most of the pirates have had to sink into hiding. Tortuga is the only safe place left for a pirate. The East India Trading Company is now threatening to take this, too. Pirates won't go down without a fight, however.[/blockquote]
Talks of a war are brewing, as are talks of sabotage. The pirates need a plan to gain back what was once theirs. The odds are against them winning a war, so they must resort to what they know best. Treasure hunting.
They need an artifact, a curse, anything to help them win. The question is now... what treasure could possibly help them to win back their seas? The only thing that is clear is that sometimes...
